Mycoledger was born from a real problem. As the owner of multiple business entities — an S Corp, a professional practice, and a commercial real estate LLC — I was drowning in separate spreadsheets, separate subscriptions, and the annual scramble to hand my accountant something coherent at tax time.
Every existing tool was either designed for single businesses (forcing me to pay per entity) or built for enterprise finance teams with complexity I didn't need. I needed one clean dashboard that understood that my coaching S Corp files a 1120-S, my rental property files a Schedule E, and my consulting income goes on Schedule C.
So I built it. Mycoledger is the tool I use every day to manage my own businesses — and now it's available for every entrepreneur juggling multiple entities.
