By accessing or using Mycoledger ("the Service"), a product of Myco Money LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Mycoledger is a multi-entity bookkeeping dashboard that helps entrepreneurs track financial transactions across multiple business entities. The Service allows you to import transaction data via CSV upload or read-only bank connections, categorize transactions by tax form, generate reports, and export tax-ready financial summaries.
Mycoledger is a bookkeeping tool, not an accounting firm. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. The reports and categorizations generated by Mycoledger are tools to assist you and your accountant — they do not constitute professional financial guidance. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax filings.
To use Mycoledger, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mycoledger.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
You agree to use Mycoledger only for lawful business bookkeeping purposes. You may not:
You own your data. All business entity information, financial transactions, and reports you create in Mycoledger belong to you. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide to the Service.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your account.
You can export your data at any time through the Mycoledger dashboard. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

If you choose to connect a bank account through our banking data provider (Teller or Plaid), you authorize us to access your transaction history and account balance information in read-only mode. We cannot initiate transactions, transfers, or any modifications to your bank accounts.
You may disconnect a bank account at any time. Bank credentials are managed entirely by our banking data provider and are never stored by Mycoledger.
Mycoledger is offered as a paid subscription service. Current pricing, billing cycles, and included features are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full access through the end of the current period but will not receive a prorated refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@mycoledger.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
We may offer free trials or early access programs at our discretion. Terms specific to those offers will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
We strive to keep Mycoledger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myco Money LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from errors in financial calculations, data loss, or service interruptions.
Mycoledger is a bookkeeping assistance tool. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data, reports, and exports before using them for tax filings, business decisions, or any other purpose. We recommend that all financial records be reviewed by a qualified accountant or tax professional.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myco Money LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mycoledger.com or through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Mycoledger dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
